[RTPproxy Users] compile rtpproxy on solaris 10

I'm trying to compile rtpproxy Development version 1.2 snapshot updated 4
November 2008<http://b2bua.org/chrome/site/rtpproxy-1.2.alpha.200811041.tar.gz>on
solaris 10

but  seems that it needs some extra header files which are not found by
default in solaris here is the output :

 gmake
