Unfortunately there is no "official" documentation for the control 
protocol yet. However, you can learn how it works by checking source 
code for the RTPproxy itself, rtpproxy clone written in erlang and the 
new java client library (you can find links for the latter two at the 
www.rtpproxy.org).
